About Choice Disability Support Service
Our Mission
At Choice Disability Support Services, we are dedicated to providing compassionate in-home care. Our mission is to empower individuals with disabilities to live with dignity and independence.
Choice Disability Support Services has been supporting self and plan managed NDIS participants since 2019. We provide in-home personal care such as showering, toileting, grooming, and meals, as well as social and community support.
Based in Albury, Wodonga and Lavington, we are dedicated to helping every participant live with dignity, independence, and connection.
